**1. McMaster University I-STEP: Black Youth IMHOTEP STEM Enrichment Program**
The IMHOTEP initiative provides Black high school students in Hamilton and Halton with practical STEM experiences and leadership growth, featuring an after-school club and a one-week residential program at McMaster in July.
