The swimming pool removed coastal aspects like surf and saline breeze, focusing the experience on visual interaction only.

Another trial within the same investigation, which involved a nature stroll through the UC Davis Arboretum, further validated this trend by revealing consistent decreases in blood pressure and an uptick in reported relaxation when individuals observed creek and lake waters compared to nearby grounds.
